OPERATING RULES OF VR PLAY PARK

Introductory provisions

1. VR Play Park is an amusement park (hereinafter referred to as "Park"), located at Wenceslas Square 782/22, 110 00 Prague on the 2nd floor and 2nd mezzanine.
2. The founder and operator of the Park is the company Torch Entertainment s.r.o., with its registered office at Václavské nám. 22, 110 00 Nové Město, Prague, ID number: 05852242 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
3. A visitor is an individual who is located in a Park. (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor").
4. A player is a Visitor who uses any attraction in the Park (the "Player").
5. Up-to-date information about the Park is available on the website www.vrplaypark.com (the "Website").

Park operation and management

1. The Park is open the whole year except for some public holidays and other days stated in advance. The closure of the Park will be announced through the Website.
2. The exact opening hours are listed on the Website.
3. The Operator is responsible for the operation and management of the Park, it is possible to contact him on +420 607 044 123, or at the email address info@vrplaypark.com

Park visit conditions

1. During their visits to the Park, the Visitor is obliged to follow the instructions of the Operator or a person authorized by him.
2. Only Visitors over the age of 15 are allowed to enter each activity. Visitors under the age of 15 may only experience with the consent and supervision of a legal representative.
3. The Park is strictly non-smoking.

Security and property policies

1. All Visitors are required to be considerate and cautious in order to prevent possible injury or damage to health and property.
2. When using attractions, Players are required to follow the safety rules and instructions of the Operator or his authorized person.
3. Each Player uses the attraction at his own risk.
4. Using the attractions by Players with health issues (epilepsy, racing, headaches, etc.) is at your own risk. Before entering the attraction, the Visitor is obliged to disclose to the Operator his medical condition that could be the cause of damage to the health of this or another Visitor.
5. To ensure the protection of health and property, the Park premises are monitored by a camera system at all times.
6. The Player is obliged to immediately report to the Operator any defect on the attraction of which he finds out.
7. The Visitor is responsible for damage to the equipment or property of the Operator, which he caused during his visit to the Park. The Visitor is fully responsible and undertakes to compensate for the full damage caused to the equipment or property of the Operator.
8. The Operator is not responsible for the things brought into the Park.
9. The Operator is also not liable for damage to the health or property of the Visitor caused in connection with improper handling of any equipment inside the Park or failure to comply with the instructions of the Operator.

Final provisions

1. The Visitor to the Park confirms that he has read the operating rules of the Park and the company's business terms and conditions and accepts them both without any reservation.
