Torch Entertainment s.r.o. is a company operating in the entertainment industry with a focus primarily on virtual reality. We always try to act fairly, transparently and within the limits of legality towards you, our customers and business partners, including in relation to the protection of personal data, including the consistent implementation of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).


1. Who will process your personal data?


The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4 of the GDPR is an entity that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data, processes them and is responsible for them. The processing of personal data may authorize or entrust a processor who performs certain tasks related to the processing of personal data on behalf of the controller.

  • legitimate interests of the administrator - for this purpose we process primarily personal data in connection with the exercise of our rights (eg direct marketing of our products and services to our customers and debt collection), the legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) (a). f) GDPR;

  • processing of personal data on the basis of your express consent, which we need especially in situations where we would like to offer you products and services of our company, beyond the scope of mutual performance. For this purpose, we primarily use the contact details provided by you for the purpose of sending business messages by electronic means. You can revoke your free consent at any time.


3. Where do we obtain your personal data?


We process personal data that we have obtained from you, the users of our services, including potential future customers and business partners in the negotiation of the contract. We obtain your personal data both from the forms you have filled out, which are available on our website, as well as from cookies, which store information about your activity on our website and help to personalize them in order to ensure better user comfort of their users.


4. What personal data do we process?


We mainly process the following categories of personal data:

Your personal data is not passed on to other administrators without your consent in order to offer trade and services. Your consent applies exclusively to Torch Entertainment s.r.o.


We do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
